** Shares in Embracer EMBRACb.ST rise around 12.5% after the Swedish video game maker reported Q3 results above estimates
** Its adjusted operating profit (EBIT) came in at 528 million Swedish crowns ($59.41 million), beating analyst estimates of 336 million crowns
** The company also updated its full-year adj. EBIT outlook after the Coffee Stain Group COFFEEb.ST spin-off, now forecasting 750 million crowns compared to pre-spin-off 1 billion crowns
** "The higher profitability was driven by strong sales in the company's existing gaming portfolio," says SpareBank 1 Markets in a note
** But the broker adds that this "is not a level that should be extrapolated going forward"
** To put it into perspective, SB1 Markets notes that at pro forma basis, the 2025/26 adjusted EBIT amounted to SEK 545 million, of which SEK 528 was generated in Q3
** The share is on track for its best day since March 2024 if the gains hold
($1 = 8.89 Swedish crowns)
